White Collar Crime brownbag

Have you noticed how white collar crime seems to be big business these days? Join us for an informative brownbag on this area of law on Tuesday, March 23rd,at noon, with speaker Edward Patrick ("Pat") Swan, Jr., a partner at Luce Forward. Pat Swan is a trial lawyer representing clients in complex civil and criminal litigation in Federal and State Courts throughout California and the United States. He was an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of California from 1982-1990. As a federal criminal prosecutor, he tried complex criminal cases. Recently, he worked to recover over $2 million in embezzled funds for a client defrauded by vendors, and has successfully defended state and federal grand jury investigations resulting in no criminal charges being filed.
